Customers may call the Bulletin Board to hear a recorded message concerning water outages, boil water orders and when orders are lifted. If there are no announcements, the message will simply give our office hours and phone number. You cannot contact the office at this number, nor leave messages.
The regular office number will remain 783-3460.
You can call the Bulletin Board at any time, even after office hours and on the weekends. On the weekends, you can expect a delay between the times you experience a problem and a new message is recorded as it may take some time to locate and inform the office personnel. In addition, if a problem occurs during the night, a new message will not be recorded until the next morning.
